Arghhh GDPR, arghhh legal stuff.
Basically, we don’t gather any data from you on our website unless you send us that information through the contact form.
The only cookies we use are the kind you eat. If we ever get to the point where our global fanbase start to actually use the website then we might use a third party cookie from Google Analytics – if we do you’ll get a pop up to tell you and you can accept or reject it. All that kind of cookie will do is tell us who visits our site and from where in the world they come from (country, nothing more specific) – we’ve got no way of identifying you by that information. It’s standard, but if you don’t want that to happen you can set your browser not to allow it.
We will assume that the voodoo attempts of the horn section are not successful and that in completing a form and contacting us you are doing so of your own free will and that you understand that in emailing us and telling us who you are and that you want to find out more from us then there’s a reasonable probability that in doing so we might find out your name, email address and other info that you send us. If that isn’t consenting to sending us some of your personal details, we’re not really sure what is, but in case you are sleep emailing then all you need do is tell us that you don’t want us to have your email address and personal details and don’t wish to hear from us and we’ll delete your details whilst we are on the phone to our wellbeing counsellors working out our rejection issues.
Should we get as far as a booking then Craig ‘I am the law’ Jones our resident legal bod and legendary guitarist will own you. Nah, basically our legal basis will be that once we’ve entered into an agreement for a booking it’s a contract and we can hold your info until we’ve completed the gig and everyone’s done what they need to do. We’ll then delete personal identifiers if you’re an individual. If you’re a company or corporate body we’ll keep your contact details on file for marketing purposes and in so doing we deem it in our ‘legitimate interests’ to do so, but you can tell us if you don’t want us to do this and we won’t.
If in doubt, ask us and we’ll be happy to discuss and meet your reasonable demands.
Rock on.
